# Rent Cycle

* Rent cycle continues to run even if the player is not in the game.
* Rent cycle continues even if your server is closed.
* Every player has a uniq rent cycle.
* Halfway through the rent cycle, the room is frozen if the player has not paid the rent.
* If pays the rent. Freeze will be removed.
* If never pays the rent. Will have to pay double the rent. \[configurable]
