About the rent cycle

• Rent cycle continues to run even if the player is not in the game.

• Rent cycle continues even if your server is closed.

• Every player has a uniq rent cycle.

• Halfway through the rent cycle, the room is frozen if the player has not paid the rent.

• If pays the rent. Freeze will be removed.

• If never pays the rent. Will have to pay double the rent. [configurable]
